This villa has very well-kept and landscaped exteriors, which include a wonderful 10m x 4m chlorine pool, 0.50m to 2m deep, with protection for children and an outdoor shower. It is surrounded by a large grass area and there is a tennis court. Next to the pool, there is a chill-out area perfect for having a refreshing drink. There is a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious pizzas or an exquisite dinner prepared on the barbecue, and enjoy it on a wonderful porch that gives access to the house.

This two-story house has, on the first floor, a unique and beautiful living room with fireplace and satellite television, open to the dining room and the gas kitchen. A bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, two other bedrooms, with a wardrobe and air conditioning, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. For the summer, they have two fans and, for when it gets too cold, up to two radiators. If you travel with babies, we can provide two cribs and two high chairs. There is a separate area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is located in a rural and agricultural area of ​​Manacor, and just 2 km from the Reserva Rotana Golf for lovers of this sport. In the center of Manacor, you can not only go shopping, but also try traditional Mallorcan food in one of its excellent restaurants. Being located very close to the Ma-3322 highway, you can easily access different beaches, such as Porto Cristo beach, Cala Magrana, Cala Romántica or Calas de Mallorca, among others. We recommend visiting the famous Cuevas del Drach.
