At the same time, it has 2 extra places, at no additional cost, located on the sofa bed in the living room. The house has 1 full bathroom with a shower. In the house you have access to a total of 3 fans, 4 radiators and 1 crib, if needed.

This accommodation is located 5 minutes from the Oliva Nova equestrian center where you can receive private equestrian lessons and where state championships are also held. It is also located a short distance from an 18-hole par72 golf course where you can enjoy the day practicing your swing. For hiking lovers, the Montgo natural park is within walking distance, as is the Marjal d'Oliva where the Salada fountain is located, which has beneficial properties for the skin. If what you prefer are fine sand beaches, in Oliva you have several options at your disposal and there you can also practice different water sports, such as Sky-surfing.

Your pet is welcome, as long as it does not exceed 5kg in weight. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 24 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay.
