The exteriors of this house radiate joy and tranquility thanks to the green of the garden and the white touch, which gives it a maritime air. On the porch, next to the chlorine pool, measuring 8.5 x 4.5 m and with a depth of 1.2 to 2 m, you can enjoy an exquisite breakfast or a barbecue while contemplating the views of the mountains. Surrounding the pool there are up to 6 sun loungers for sunbathing. If you feel like taking a quick shower without having to go inside the house, there is a bathroom in the pool area. The plot is fenced and has some neighbors around.

On the ground floor of the house you will find a living-dining room, where you can relax watching satellite television, a DVD movie or simply contemplating the views outside. At the exit of the living room there is a fantastic terrace for family meals. The kitchen is quite spacious and is equipped with a gas hob. Then they have two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, and two bedrooms with two single beds, a wardrobe and air conditioning. One of them also has access to the same terrace that the room has. On the upper floor, a third bedroom with wardrobe, air conditioning and double bed has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. They have up to two fans at their disposal, and for the winter the house has oil central heating. Of course, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house, located about 300 m from Vilafranca, in Pla de Mallorca, and surrounded by a rural environment with agricultural activity, has easy access to many beach areas in Levante, through the Ma-15 highway. Vilafranca is a charming little town, where you will find everything you need during your stay. About 11 km away is the small town of Manacor, ideal for larger purchases. Approximately 25 km away you have the beach of Porto Cristo, and many more beaches in different directions such as Porto Colom, Cala Morlanda or Cala Magraner. Wednesdays in the town of Sineu, 20 min. By car, you can visit the local market and try one of its gastronomic specialties.

Air conditioning is available for 10 hours a day free of charge. The predefined schedule is from 21:30-22:00 to 07:30-08:00 hrs, although it is possible to choose it. If you wish to use it more than 10 hours a day, the cost is 0.50 EUR / hour for each room that offers air conditioning. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets up to 5.00 kg are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars. There are 1 parking spaces in the garage.
