In the private chlorine pool, with a size of 9m x3m and a depth varying between 1.1m x 2.1m, or in the outdoor shower, you can cool off during hot summer days. Around, you can relax on one of six sun loungers and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere. The porch and barbecue invite you to have dinner outdoors. The house has direct neighbors, but is totally private.

There is a large and rustic kitchen-dining room with AC, to which you have access from the outside. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Furthermore, in this annex you will find a bathroom with a shower. Inside the house you will find a comfortable living room, where you can read a book next to the fireplace or watch a movie on satellite television. The two bedrooms with double beds do not have wardrobes but rather drawers. The third bedroom offers two single beds and a closet. A bathroom with shower serves the house.

This nice house is close to the town of Inca, where you will find everything you need for a pleasant vacation, including good restaurants and shops. If you like homemade food, you can go to a celler, typical restaurants that serve Mallorcan dishes. On the outskirts of Inca is the Puig de Santa Magdalena, a hill with a hermitage and a good restaurant. In addition, you can visit the Lluc monastery, the shoe museum or the Campanet caves. By car you can go to the northern coast, famous for beautiful sandy beaches, including Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Marina and Puerto de Alcúdia. The bay of Alcúdia is ideal for families with children. The old town of Alcúdia is very picturesque and stands out for its cobblestone streets.
