From this 18th century house renovated in 1990, enjoying the mountains, the forest and the views over the coast of southern Mallorca and, furthermore, within one of the most privileged natural environments in Mallorca, is one of the privileges that this accommodation offers us. It has 3 rooms for 5 people. They are arranged on a single floor. Two doubles with a double bed and one with a single bed. It has 2 bathrooms; one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

For the summer months, allow the fresh air of the southern mountain range of Mallorca to invade the house. You will enjoy this sensation inside and outside the house. To complement it, the house has three fans so that you can distribute them throughout the spaces you need. In addition, for the colder months, it has central heating and a fireplace that provides very pleasant warmth throughout the house.

It has a very charming kitchen-living-dining room, well distributed and that preserves the charm of traditional Mallorcan architecture. The kitchen is very well equipped, with all the essential elements so you can enjoy cooking. Among the equipment you can find: blender, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove and oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, Italian coffee maker, juicer, kettle. There is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Its living room is a very cozy place for long stays. It is very appropriate to rest on its sofas that invite us to relax, watch TV or delve into reading a book. Among its equipment you can find TV-SAT and Wi-Fi.

Its exteriors are spectacular and evocative with great views over an impressive horizon where you can see the mountains and the Majorcan pine forests that surround it and, over a wide strip of the coast of the South of Mallorca. The pool terrace is a space where you will not want to move and enjoy long evenings outdoors. And you will have even more reason to do so when you settle into your comfortable terrace and take advantage of the barbecue to prepare the most practical and tasty dishes.

The pool is 8 x 3.75 meters with a depth of 1.70 meters to a maximum of 1.80. All equipped with umbrellas for the sunniest hours and 5 sun loungers at your disposal to enjoy the Mallorcan sun. It should be noted that this house, to be even more respectful of the environment where it is located, has solar energy installed.

The location of the house is in the south of Mallorca, in a privileged natural environment. It is a different way of getting to know hidden Mallorca. Although it is in a remote area, it has good road connections with many points of interest and leisure, making it appealing to take a walk through the nearby coves and beaches (all within a 16 km perimeter). The house is located 6 km from the town of Felanitx, where it has many public and commercial services. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets up to 5.00 kg are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
