The exteriors of this villa are unbeatable. The private chlorine pool is truly spectacular due to its 20 x 10 m and its depth of 0.5 to 3 m. Around it, they have a large terrace with 11 hammocks to also enjoy the sun. The porch is ideal for relaxing after a good bath. It has several tables and chairs to have a drink, or enjoy a delicious barbecue prepared outdoors. The plot is fenced and privacy is total.

The house offers three floors. On the ground floor they have a large living room with satellite TV, CD and DVD player. Next you access the dining room and then the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. Right next to it you have the exit to the laundry room, where there are 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, iron and ironing board. At this level there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and 2 bathrooms with a bathtub. A second living room is next to the staircase that leads to the first floor. Here they have 3 other rooms with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, two with a shower and one with a bathtub. On the top floor they have a gym area, a bathroom with a shower and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two single beds, and the other with two single beds and a trundle bed. There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs. The main living room, dining room and 6 bedrooms have air conditioning.

The farm is just 4.7 km from the town of Campos where you will find all the necessary services such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc. Every Thursday there is a fruit and vegetable market, and on Saturdays there is a market with all kinds of products in the streets of the center. The closest beach is Es Trenc, 13.5 km away, one of the best in Mallorca for its white sand and crystal clear waters. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 8 cars.
