Welcome to this house located near MontuÃri and within the rural environment, which has been renovated in 2015. It is a 100 m2 house located on a plot of 11,500 m2. Most of the furniture and equipment in the house are brand new. It is tastefully decorated and has two rooms, one double and one triple. The triple room has a double bed and a single bed which is located in a room attached to the room. In this room there is space to place a crib if this is necessary. The double room is equipped with a single bunk bed. In the house you will find a bathroom with a shower. This property is ideal for spending holidays with family or friends.

The kitchen is practical, it is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking and has a ceramic hob. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The spacious living-dining room is an ideal space for meeting and relaxing and is ideal for having long conversations with direct views of the terrace and pool through its large windows. The space for the dining room is made up of a large Mallorcan table and plenty of space to sit around it. Likewise, the space for relaxation and TV has very comfortable sofas. In the house you will find Wi-Fi connection and TV-Sat. During the summer months, let the fresh air of the southern mountain range of Mallorca invade the house, you will enjoy this sensation inside and outside the house. To complement it, the house has air conditioning in the living-dining room, in addition to having two fans so that they can be distributed in the spaces where they are necessary. For the colder months, central heating is installed in the house.

The exteriors of the house have been recently remodeled and have enough space for each of you to find your favorite corner. The 35 m2 porch is furnished and ready to enjoy the Mediterranean breeze. Likewise, if you prefer, you can settle under the vine in the patio, where you will enjoy a very authentic space. The pool, measuring 7.5 x 3.5 meters, will help you cool off during the hottest hours. Likewise, if what you prefer is to sunbathe in Mallorca, they have hammocks that will allow you to rest. In the entrance patio of the house, you can enjoy a small porch to rest and relax. But, if what your body asks is to have a good barbecue, they have a mobile so they can use it in the most ideal place on the property. Surely they will not be able to escape the temptation of cooking practical and delicious dishes.

The house is located in the Valley of Mallorca, in a rural environment with agricultural activity, very close to Montuíri, a small town that has well-known restaurants throughout Mallorca. But, if what you want is to get to know the Majorcan beaches, you know that there will be some nearby; such as La Rápita, which is 29 km away. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
