Comares is well known for its unique location and often called 'The pearl of the Axarquia'. The house is surrounded by overwhelming natural beauty and the view over the Sierra Tejeda is breathtaking. Although our house is in the countryside, it is not too far from bars, restaurants and shops.This beautiful country house offers our guests a unique holiday experience. Casa El Nuevo Algarrobo offers total privacy, has a beautiful swimming pool with waterfall and several terraces. There is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and oven. Since the climate in this region is exceptionally mild all year round, you can cook or have your aperitif outdoors almost every day. The terraces offer you the opportunity to enjoy both sun and shade all day long. There is plenty of garden furniture in different seating areas. The view of the Sierra Tejeda is truly phenomenal. Casa El Nuevo Algarrobo has a spacious living room with open plan kitchen. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, double sink, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, bottle rack and all necessary utensils. Next to the kitchen there is a storage room with cupboard, washing machine, ironing board and iron. The bright living room has a cosy sitting area with ceiling fan, CD radio with USB plug, sofa bed, satellite TV, fireplace and comfortable seating. In the dining room there is a wooden table with typical Flemish chairs and a wardrobe. The bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds and sitting area, open onto another terrace with great views of the surrounding countryside. There are fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms. Bed linen is included in the rental price. The bathroom has a very spacious shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin and is fully tiled. All bathroom linen is also included in the rental price. All windows have blinds and mosquito nets.Outside there is a nice terrace with outdoor oven, kitchen, barbecue and sink. There are several shaded and unshaded seating areas. The pool area has a sun terrace with sun loungers and total privacy. It is fenced separately to provide security for children or pets. The whole property is fenced and therefore very secure. The bedrooms open onto a balcony with wonderful views of the impressive mountains. The house has outside light.A car is necessary in this accommodation. The road to the house is very safe. Cot and high chair are available free of charge. Just ask us at the time of booking. Dogs are allowed on request. In the price list you will find the cleaning fee. Bed, bath and kitchen linen are included in the rental price. Final cleaning is included in the rental price. Electricity, gas and WIFI are included in the rental price. Note: EXCEPT MONTHLY RENT. For monthly rent we give a discount in the low season. Electricity and gas are NOT included in these special prices. We read the meter with our guests on arrival and at the end of the month. There is a supplement per animal and per stay. The location of Casa El Nuevo Algarrobo invites you to go hiking, cycling, mountain biking or just relax in peace and enjoy the 'dolce far niente'. All the highlights of Andalusia are within a day's drive from the house. Malaga, Cordoba (Mosque), Ronda, Granada (Alhambra) and the famous Caminito del Rey in Ardales, can be easily visited. Closer by, you can visit Nerja (known for its beautiful caves and its Balcón de Europa), the beautiful lake Viñuela and the award winning beach of Torre del Mar.
