On the ground floor, the cosy living/dining room with satellite TV and direct access to the terrace invites you to linger. Three bedrooms, each with a cosy double bed, promise restful nights. The open-plan kitchen with oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob and more offers all the amenities for home-cooked meals. In addition, there are two showers/WCs and further living rooms and bathrooms on the lower and upper floors, which are also equipped to a high standard and make your stay comfortable.The outdoor area of the villa is an oasis of peace and relaxation. On the 1,000 m² fenced plot with plants and trees, guests can relax in the angular swimming pool (30 m²) or refresh themselves in the outdoor shower. Two balconies, a covered terrace of 15 m² with patio furniture, a mobile garden barbecue, sun loungers and an outdoor kitchen invite you to spend cosy hours in the open air.
