The 50 sqm accommodation for 3 + 2 people located on the ground floor of a family house where 2 other apartments are rented is located in Valizza, a small village surrounded by greenery just 7 km from the center of Umag. The air-conditioned apartment has a bedroom with double bed (160x200), night lamp and wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed (80x200) and wardrobe, bed linen provided (changed weekly). The complete bathroom with shower, washing machine, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly) The large living room has a sitting area and kitchen with dining table. The lounge area equipped with a sofa bed for two people, flat screen satellite TV and coffee table. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, stove, smoke extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils and dining table with 5 chairs. At the entrance of the apartment there is a covered terrace with table and chairs overlooking the garden, ideal for having morning coffee. Free Wi-Fi internet access, private parking available in front of the house, available for shared use in the large garden decorated with plants and flowers and the barbecue area. The area is quiet, surrounded by greenery, the closest beach is that of the Kanegra tourist village and it is also the most beautiful beach on the Umag riviera.
