It has a private driving entrance, two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, as well as a third large bedroom with 3 single beds, one of which is for special needs. There is also a chair bed that can sleep a 4th child. Built in 1935, it has been fully renovated. The whole villa is ground level and handicapped accessible.Pefka (pine tree) is newly-constructed and modern. It is situated next to 2 tall pecan trees and across 2 huge pine trees that provide ample shadow during the hot summer days. It features 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms situated in the quiet part of the villa facing the gardens away from the pool, a pool-facing third bedroom with en suite bathroom, a fully walled, private loft with double bed and en suite bathroom, as well as two living rooms with chair and sofa beds able to sleep more.
