The holiday homes are located away from the hustle and bustle on a 10-hectare plot in the middle of nature. The complex is fenced and equipped with an electric gate opener. The holiday homes at Les Amandiers are ideal for holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet. Families with children and dog owners are also very welcome. There is a sandpit and a trampoline for younger guests. Baby cots and high chairs can be provided on request.There is a communal pool (5 x 10 m), a petanque court and various sports facilities (table tennis, volleyball). Each cottage is separate and has its own entrance and seating area. Deckchairs are available for you!There are many excursion possibilities and sights nearby. You can reach the sea in around 10 minutes by car. We will be happy to give you tips for excursions, restaurants and much more. So that you can enjoy the south of France to the full! The 3-room house offers space for up to four people. It has a master bedroom with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m) with direct access to the garden and seating area. The children's bedroom is on the upper floor and can be reached via an open staircase and has two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m). Two more people can sleep on the pull-out couch (1.40 x 1.90) in the living room. The open-plan living/dining room has satellite TV and a music player, as well as a cosy dining area. The adjoining, open-plan kitchen is well equipped. The cottage has a bathroom with WC and shower.Mobile air conditioning and WLAN are part of the basic equipment. A parking space is available for our holiday guests directly at the cottage. Enjoy the large terrace (covered) with barbecue, as well as the large seating area (fenced). Deckchairs are available for you!Other sports and leisure activities: "Les Amandiers" offers young and old a variety of opportunities to spend time. The villa has a large swimming pool (10 x 5 metres) with numerous sun loungers for sunbathing. The beach volleyball court, a petanque court and a table tennis table are also accessible to all tenants. A large trampoline and a sandpit are available for our younger guests, making a holiday at "Les Amandiers" ideal for families with children. The property is also suitable for holidays with your dog, as most of the rental properties have a fenced garden / fenced terrace. The property itself is also fully fenced. Of course, our tenants can also take a short walk up the property's own hill. Once at the top, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea. The holiday properties in the "Les Amandiers" villa are suitable for families who would like to spend their holidays together but still live in separate properties. All holiday homes are fully equipped and have free WLAN, a detailed description can be found under the respective property. We are happy to provide baby cots and highchairs for small children on request. There are also six donkeys on the property, which are usually out and about during the day grazing in the large, separately fenced area. All the animals are very people orientated and are always happy to have a little visit. The nearest shopping facilities are about 3 minutes away by car. There is a large shopping centre just a few minutes from the site, which caters for practically every need. If you want a fresh French croissant or baguette for breakfast every day, you can also get this in one of the neighbouring bakeries, which have a large selection.Excursion options: The town of Ste Maxime and numerous Provençal villages in the surrounding area also offer plenty of cultural attractions. For example, a visit to the castle of Grimaud or St. Tropez (arrival by boat or own car) is highly recommended. A boat trip through Port Grimaud ("Little Venice") is also a welcome change from a day at the beach. Younger guests can also enjoy various attractions. Aqua Land with its various water slides and wave pool as well as the rope park are just 3 kilometres from the property. In the direction of St. Tropez there is also a park with various bouncy castles where children can pass the time. Our sporty guests also have the opportunity to practise various sports in the immediate vicinity. The Vita Parcours and the tartan track are also just 3 kilometres from the property. The Ste Maxime golf course can be reached in about 10 minutes. Horse lovers can also pursue their hobby in the neighbourhood. There is also a tennis court within easy reach and, of course, water sports enthusiasts will not be disappointed. Windsurfing is possible on numerous beaches in the area (e.g. "La Garonette" beach). Kitesurfers can reach the kite zone on St Aygulf beach in around 20 minutes. There are also various beaches where you can hire a jet ski and take it out to sea. If you prefer to do your laps on the go-kart track, you don't have to travel far for that either. This is just an exemplary list of various leisure activities in the area.
