The holiday homes are located away from the hustle and bustle in a beautifully landscaped residence. The grounds are fenced and equipped with an electric gate opener. The holiday home is ideal for holidaymakers who are looking for peace and relaxation and want to spend their holidays close to the sea and beach. Garonnette 5 can accommodate up to four people. It has a master bedroom with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m) and a children's room with a bunk bed (2x 0.90 x 1.90 m). The kitchen is fully equipped. The living-dining room has a cosy couch (extendable 1.4 x 1.9 m), as well as satellite TV and music player. The bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet. The small villa is equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine. A parking space is available for holiday guests. Enjoy the wonderful garden (fenced) and the adjoining terrace with barbecue. The outdoor area offers plenty of space to play or relax. The many trees provide excellent shade in summer. Aqua Land with its various water slides and wave pool is just a few kilometres from the residence. In the direction of St Tropez there is also a park with various bouncy castles where children can spend their time. Our sporty guests also have the opportunity to practise various sports in the immediate vicinity. The Ste Maxime golf course can be reached in about 10 minutes. Horse lovers can also pursue their hobby in the neighbourhood. There is also a tennis court within easy reach and, of course, water sports enthusiasts will not miss out either. Windsurfing is possible on numerous beaches in the area (e.g. directly in front of the house on the beach of "La Garonette"). Kitesurfers can reach the kite zone on the beach of "St Aygulf" within approx. 10 minutes. There are also various beaches where you can hire a jet ski and take it out to sea.
