Even in the height of summer, the communal areas are easily accessible and rarely busy, and are usually even free for exclusive use. The pool and tennis court are protected by a fence suitable for children.You can move around and relax completely undisturbed in the approx. 20,000 square metre park-like area of the residence. There is no moving car traffic. Residents enter the gated residence via an access code. The grounds offer marvellous views of the magnificent natural surroundings and the foothills of the Southern French Maritime Alps. The residence is supervised all year round (agency, concierge & gardening team), so you will always find a contact person on site.
