We are happy to answer any questions you may have. We know the area really well, but we have rarely seen such an impressive sea view in a holiday home before - we are still overwhelmed by it.Ideal surroundings for kitesurfers and windsurfers, as well as other water sports fans, great jogging opportunities around our house, paradise for walkers, hikers and geocashers with and without four-legged friends.The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of the bay of Goulven and the beautiful sandy beaches and huge dunes of Keremma.The incredibly beautiful sea view is certainly the most important reason why you would like to spend your holiday in this pretty, typically Breton holiday home. But not to be sneezed at is the beautiful large garden around the house (dogs are very welcome - please note that there is no closed fencing around the property). The owner has renovated all 5 bedrooms and the bathroom on the upper floor with a lot of individualism. The house offers ample space for a maximum of 8 people. There are 5 beautiful bedrooms (3 doubles and 2 singles), two bathrooms and a large, open-plan dining and living area with a wood-burning stove and cosy sofas. From there you have direct access to the garden and the large panoramic terrace. The holiday home is accessed from a large driveway and the courtyard offers ample parking. The holiday home Ty Coz Castel is very close to the sea (approx. 500m) and not far from the beautiful dunes of Keremma and the fine sandy beaches. From the holiday home you always have a direct view of the sea and your beautiful garden. The beautiful holiday home is in a very, very quiet location on a hill in the municipality of Goulven in Finistère. The sea (the bay of Goulven), the restaurant, the crèperie and a small supermarket are all within walking distance (approx. 500 metres). The hotel "la Butte" with two great restaurants (one with a Michelin star) is just 2 kilometres away, but the most important is the Fournil - in my opinion the best bakery far and wide. Those who enjoy wellness will find a luxurious wellness area here. This wellness area is also open to external guests for a fee.When we were asked by the owner to view the house and add it to our agency's portfolio, we immediately fell in love with this typical Breton house. The sea view is truly unique. The spark was immediate and of course we never even remotely considered not offering the house. Not every holiday home has such a quiet location and is just a short walk to the village. Not to mention the possibility of using an elegant and large wellness oasis in the nearby hotel for a fee.This beautiful typical Breton holiday home with the best sea view in the region is in a very quiet location not far from the sea, surrounded by greenery in a wonderful natural landscape in the municipality of Goulven in Finistère. The bay of Goulven lies at your feet and offers a breathtaking sea view, with a huge turquoise-coloured sea right in front of you at high tide and under the sun.Those who enjoy wellness can reach the luxurious wellness area of the nearby hotel "La Butte" after approx. 2 km. This wellness area is open for a fee and is also open to guests from outside the hotel.The sea and the bay of Goulven can be reached on foot in approx. 500 metres.The impressive dunes of Keremma can be reached very quickly from the holiday home (approx. 1 km away). Just behind it is the beautiful beach of fine sand; it is certainly one of the most beautiful in the North Finistère. It is not unusual to see turquoise-coloured, clear water. The sunsets are also breathtakingly beautiful and colourful!When the water is up and the wind is blowing, you can often watch kite and wind surfers. If you don't surf yourself, you should keep an eye on this impressive sport.Our house is located in the climatically unique Breton Finistère, on a small hill directly on the bay of Goulven. You can even walk to a restaurant and a nice crèperie, both about 500 metres from the house.The harbour town of Brest can be reached quickly by car and is about 30 km south-west of 'COZ CASTEL'.The harbour town of Brest not only offers shopping facilities and restaurants, but also the famous 'Oceanopolis' (the aquarium adventure park), which is located next to the marina and which you should definitely visit.In addition to Brest, the small ferry town of Roscoff with its old British granite cottages also promises the possibility of a successful excursion. The large ferries (across the English Channel) to nearby England or even as far as Ireland start and land here. Roscoff is about 35 kilometres east of Plouider. If you don't want to book a crossing to England straight away, visit the 'Ile de Batz', where the boats sail constantly.There are several small towns in the surrounding area, such as Plouescat, Lannilis and Lesneven. Visit the weekly markets there!The location in Finistère is a guarantee for fresh fish and wonderful seafood. The famous oysters of the 'Aber Wrac`h' and 'Aber Benoit' are reared just a few kilometres away; some say they are the best oysters in Finistère.Whatever your means of transport, neither the international airport, the TGV train station nor the motorway are more than 30 km away.
