Equipped with a cosy terrace, this is the ideal place to take a break from everyday life.At the heart of the flat you will find a generously equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired with a ceramic hob, a pod coffee machine, a kettle and a dishwasher. There is also a dining table set for you to enjoy meals together. For your convenience, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the building, which you can use communally. The warm and inviting living ambience is completed by the large bedroom in the basement with flat-screen TV and practical built-in wardrobes as well as a shower room.Outside, the sunny terrace invites you to spend relaxing hours in the open air.
