The interior of the house is characterised by a well thought-out design and comfortable extras, including underfloor heating, which ensures a pleasant atmosphere in all areas. Two cosy bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms promise comfort and privacy. A flat-screen TV with soundbar and radio provide entertainment on cosy evenings. The washing machine for exclusive use also makes longer stays possible without any problems.

Outside, your holiday is rounded off by an inviting terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities - ideal for relaxing hours outdoors or sociable evenings. The garden for exclusive use invites you to linger in a peaceful atmosphere. Here you can enjoy the fresh air to the full and your four-legged friends can play safely.

The location of the holiday home is simply perfect for exploring the beauty of the Baltic Sea. Just a few steps separate you from the beach and the sea, both just 774 metres away. The surrounding area also offers numerous opportunities for water sports activities. For your daily needs, you will find a grocery store just 1.5 kilometres away. This is the ideal starting point for discovering the natural wonders and cultural highlights of the Baltic Sea coast.

Please remember to bring your bed linen and towels if you have not expressly booked them in advance. Otherwise, we assume that you will bring your own. Bedding (pillows and duvets) is provided.

Please park vehicles only in the designated parking spaces. Our robotic lawn mowers operate daily between 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

Each house is equipped with outdoor furniture and a sun umbrella. Please ensure that the umbrella is folded down whenever you leave the property. A charcoal barbecue grill is also available and should be cleaned after use.

For fresh bread rolls, please visit the Liebeslaube Campsite. Additional shopping facilities, including a Kaufland supermarket, can be found in Gägelow, approximately 3 km away.

The Wi-Fi password can be found on a sticker attached to the door frame.

Each house is equipped with an easy-to-use washer-dryer operated by a coin-operated timer, which is activated using euro coins.

The outdoor swimming pool is open from Easter through October. It is covered and available to all guests free of charge.

In addition, an outdoor sauna by the pond is available in a beautiful natural setting. It is operated with €1 coins and can be reserved exclusively through us.

Please keep an eye on your children at all times, including when they are using the playgrounds.

We separate waste and recycling. The designated waste bins are located at the entrance to the property.

Please ensure that the dishwasher is emptied before departure. If you do not have enough time to complete a final dishwasher cycle, we kindly ask that any remaining dishes be washed by hand.

If you are travelling with a dog, please note that pets are only permitted in designated fenced properties. Before departure, please remove all pet hair and clean up any pet waste.

Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. We also assume that your dog is covered by valid liability insurance.

In every house, you will find the house rules posted on the entrance door, along with the spare key and all important information for your stay.
