The Silbersee is one of the cleanest waters in Hesse.

With a small sandy beach, a large sunbathing lawn and a boat dock for pedal boats, the Silbersee invites you to adventure, fun and relaxation. You will live idyllically and quietly in the holiday park on Lake Silbersee on 75 m2, in the modern furnished house.

The holiday house has 3 levels, on the ground floor you will find the living / dining area with fireplace, TV-SAT system, radio, and a dining area. The open kitchen on the first floor is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, hand mixer, sufficient pots and cooking utensils, refrigerator with freezer compartment and sufficient dishes.

A bedroom on the 1st floor with a wardrobe (a double bed bedroom with a separate toilet and washing area, an extra shower with a separate toilet), on the 2nd floor a double bed bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. Both have an exit to the balcony.

Unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.

A seating area is located in front of the house, and a barbecue is available.

The holiday park is a car-free zone, so that your children can move around without worries. In the complex: restaurant, sauna, solarium, bowling alley (all extra). Bathing bay (in summer DLRG). In case of bad weather, "Frielo-Land" is available to all children (extra). New: From 7 Nov. in 2009 the "Wellness paradise at the Silbersee" is opened with sauna, swimming pool, beauty, etc. The holiday house is located in a pure holiday park in the beautiful Kurhessian-Bergland, the home of the Brothers Grimm. The holiday apartment park is located directly on one of the cleanest lakes in Hesse. Motor vehicles are only allowed to enter the holiday apartment park to a limited extent, it is only allowed to drive by car to the holiday home for loading and / or unloading. However, there are a sufficient number of parking spaces available for your vehicle in the park.

A highchair and a travel cot on request.

The holiday house is located in the Ferienwohnpark Silbersee, in the middle of Germany, just a 40-minute drive south of Kassel. Via the A 7, exit Homberg (Efze), continue on the B 323 and the B 254 to the exit Frielendorf Nord and reach the holiday village after 1 km, which is located on the approximately 10,000 m2 large swimming lake. The holiday village is surrounded by extensive forests, which are ideal for hiking and mountain biking. There are a number of recreational opportunities in the park, such as e.g. a modern climbing park, a large indoor play paradise, a wellness paradise (indoor pool), miniature railway, all-weather toboggan run, petting zoo, archery, mini golf, skating and bocce track, football, tennis and basketball fields, adventure playgrounds and much more.

Shopping facilities can be found in the village shop and in Frielendorf (1.5 km). There are many excursion destinations in the area. The district town of Homberg/Efze with its castle and historic old town (about 10 km), the Knüll Wildlife Park (about 10 km), Schwalmstadt with its historic and fortified old town centres (about 12 km), surfing and diving at Lake Singlis (about 12 km), the Borken Mining Museum (about 15 km), the Kellerwald Nature Park (about 25-30 km), Kassel, the documentation and Hessentagsstadt 2013 (about 50 km), or the Edersee at the Edertalsperre (about 60 km).
